Building Strong Teams  This three hour module is designed to give you an understanding of what a team is and how it works and give you skills to improve the teams you lead or are a member of.

Conflict Management This three hour module is designed to help you develop a personal understanding of conflict: causes, symptoms and solutions and help you develop the five skills to effectively manage conflict whenever and wherever it arises
