Kids experience first-hand how the Calgary Police Service INVESTIGATE crimes, deal with crime-related issues and respond. YouthLink Calgary is a unique chance to go deep inside the world of police and the crimes they face YouthLink Calgary is a hands-on centre that can teach and INFORM our youth on some of the  big issues they deal with today:  drugs, violence, internet predators, gangs, bullies and more.  Our goal is to INVOLVE as well as educate through activities and sometimes shocking interactive exhibits.  Kids are invited to get into uniform, get fingerprinted, or see the outcomes of poor decisions.  Allowing kids to experience and INTERPRET what they see and understand the real-life consequences of crime-all in a hands-on learning environment - gives them the right tools they need to make the right choices, and demonstrates how fulfilling tomorrows for youth are built on sound lifestyle choices today.

A devoted volunteer core of 80, representing a cross section of the community, has been facilitating and serving visitors for ten years through school field trips and visits by boys & girls organizations.  The affiliated Call Box Gift Shop, specializing in police-related merchandise and books & toys that reflect the mandate of the museum incorporates all its profits into future exhibit and program development.
