The Alberta Council Girl Guide Scholarship

Any active Alberta member of Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada who has not previously received this scholarship is eligible to apply for the cost of full-time post secondary education.

* Applicant is a well-rounded active member of Girl Guides of Canada
* Scholarship is conditional on acceptance at the institution of recipient’s choice as a full time student
* Recipient is to continue her membership in Guiding
* Scholarship may be received only once.
* Guiding background
* Employment positions held
* Response to statements on Guiding
* Additional interests and activities
* Two confidential recommendations (one from a Guiding member and one from outside Guiding)
* Service/volunteer involvement (inside and outside of Guiding)
